Rulerless is a registered LLC and Trademark.
All artwork, prints and textiles is the sole property of Rulerless and is held under copyright.
The images, artwork and contents of this website, and social sites where shared, may not be copied, collected or used for personal or professional gain without express written permission or contract agreement from the artist.
Licensing is a contract that gives you the ability to make and sell products using a specific Rulerless pattern design.
Original Rulerless line work patterns are available, exclusively and non exclusively, and can be created with specific colors and file requirements.
A contract will outline all specific usage ability, including a time frame, as well as payment negotiation, which can be a flat fee, a royalty percentage, or both.
Licensing does not give you ownership of design, it grants you the ability to use specific design for specific use with a specific amount of time which is negotiable.

Rulerless is currently open for commissions.
The client and customer happiness is just as important as Rulerless,
the artist herself.
When commissioning, the intention is for the client and customer to share their desire for a piece of artwork that includes dimensions and/or value they are ready to invest, while respecting the artist point of view and talent.
Original artwork that is already in a collection can be used as a reference by the client, while the artist will have a conversation in regards to colors, shades, etc, but it is important to understand that no two original pieces will be identical.
Dimensions and complexity can differentiate each canvases pricing, and only the best quality materials are used.
A 30% retainer is due upon agreement with a final payment plus shipping and handling due upon completion.
Artwork can take anywhere from three to eight weeks once the process begins.

Local delivery available directly from artist if within 100 miles from Los Angeles for a small fee.
Shipping costs vary depending on size and distance and can range between $50-$300, including delivery insurance, for national and international shipping.
Shipping and Handling fees are calculated upon purchase.
These products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Most products are fulfilled between 5-7 business days. Once ready, you will be alerted with an official estimated delivery time.
Rulerless highly values and respects privacy, with an option at the bottom of every page stated as "do not sell my information".
We only use information required to operate this website, keep the user base informed and process any sales appropriately within all laws.
Rulerless may contact you regarding purchases and orders,
but will never personally sell your information.

No Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Rulerless. We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and high-quality products. Please take a moment to review our "No Return" policy.
1. No Returns:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased through our websites.
2. Exceptions:
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for return. In such cases, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@rulerless.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
To expedite the process, please provide detailed information, including order number, photos of the damaged or defective product, and a brief description of the issue.
4. Refunds:
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days from the date of approval.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
All items are non-refundable, with exception of defects.
6. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
