I no longer feel at home anywhere. I’m caught between here and there, viced between love and hate, trying to find peace inside a space that feels like a void.

2024 pushed me from little “t” trauma into big “T” trauma, spiraling me into c-PTSD. I froze, I fawned, I said yes to everything until I broke. This is me finally speaking it out loud, no longer chasing ghosts, only choosing to fix mine.

This is the story of learning to grow without guidance, to remain open despite pain, and to protect softness like it’s gold. A reminder that tenderness can be the strongest form of courage.
